::Police Make Arrest In Jogging Attack Case From Raleigh Chronicle Staff & Wire Reports Weekend Of May 6, 2007 RALEIGH - According to Raleigh Police, they have made an arrest on Friday in a case where the suspect allegedly made unwanted advances towards female joggers on several occasions. Raleigh Police said they used a decoy female officer on Friday to try and lure the suspect into acting again after two previous attacks on female joggers. Police said that on Friday, the suspect who was been transported to the Wake County Jail, is Christopher Aaron Holland, age 24. Police say that Holland was charged with: --One count of assault on a female in connection with the incident that occurred near the intersection of Falls River and Hopeton avenues on April 24th. --Two counts of indecent exposure, one for an incident that occurred in the 7700 block of Tylerton Drive on September 27th, 2006, and one concerning his actions last week during interaction with a decoy police officer. --One count of solicitation concerning his actions with the decoy police officer on Friday. --One count of resist, delay or obstruct in connection with his actions on Friday. The cases made attention on several previous occasions as police sought the suspect who was driving a burgundy vehicle at the locations in north Raleigh. In the April 24th incident, police said that at approximately 6:30am a woman was running in her neighborhood when she encountered the suspect near the intersection of Falls River and Hopeton avenues.
